Couldn't agree more! The painted rims looks almost identical to the ones that comes on the Corolla S a few years back...

Maybe. I know the Dempster Highway has a stretch of around 250 miles between fuel as I recall.

I had a Rotopax for one of my dual sport motorcycles and I really liked it until someone stole it. I will probably mount one of those for peace of mind.

I'm thinking about a skid plate and Crystal likes bull bars, so we may get something for more protection up front... I just don't want to block any sensors up front, and I haven't found anything I really like.

I actually like the look of this one, and it doesn't block any sensors, I just don't love the way it's mounted and it seems like it wouldn't hold up. Like it would push into the front of the car from just brush. Maybe I'm wrong but there's only one review and it isn't good lol. But if it was sturdy enough I'd like this with a separate skid plate.

Wow that is badass!!!

Looks amazing. Next you'll need the LP adventure skidplate for the front. It will work since you have the modified pipe. Apart from the lift, it's my favorite purchase so far for mine.

Good job and keep us posted on all progress!

Crappy pic of a dirty car....

Got the rack on, haven't purchased the light bar and cubes yet.

Did you by chance have a before/after MPG from before and after the lift/tires?

Others with lift/tires have any feedback?

I have thought about 1-2" lift just to get above the rocks while driving off-road for camping.

Crystal says she thinks her avg. mpg has gone from ~22 to ~20, but we didn't really pay much attention to compare.
She drives almost exclusively in-town.

I'm about to put on some 17X8 KMC wheels with 245/65R17 Wild Peak tires(Non LT). Right now with a 1.5 inch lift my mileage is still great. Last I checked I believe the average was at 26.6, and that's the average between 4-5 tank fill ups. I'll reset it once I get the new wheels on and try to report back on my new average.
Northwoods Performace has reported a loss of .7 mpg when they upgraded their test vehicle with bigger wheels. I'm sure it'll be different for everyone. Lots of things affect mpg.

Holding up really nicely. We've done some day trips and some off-road or sand road adventures here in Fla. I love the way it drives on road and it really does well in soft sand and mud.

I backed in to it with my truck one sleepy morning and put a dimple in the front plastic piece with my tow ball.

I bought the new piece, I just need to get the courage up to start taking apart the front..... I looked for youtube videos but didn't find what I needed. I just don't want to have to take the whole front off to change the one piece.

I don’t know which piece you mean but I’m sure it’s easy to replace. Your Rav looks really good!

How do you find the KO2s on the Rav4? I know they are excellent tires but I stayed away because of how heavy they are... they are rock solid though and look great.

Have they hurt your power much?
