Well my other choice would have been the Black Rhino Warlords. You should take a look. It looks amazing and the only reason I did not get those was that the Methods were a little lighter.

Did you mean you want to have the general look of rexbl's Method wheels?
Or you just want anything that would be close to OEM fit?

if i remember right, the Limited wheels are 18" x 7.5" wide x 45mm offset.
Furthermore, most OEM wheels are at least "low pressure cast" in construction.

Looking at tire rack, the only one there that matches all of those specs will be the MSW Type 28.
https://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Whee...odClar=Limited

oops, i almost forgot another "spec"
the "center bore" is 60.1 mm to match the "hub" on the wheel mount.
Note most aftermarket will be bigger than the oem center bore, so you'll have to use a centering ring (or you can also opt not to, so long as you check they've been properly centered.

i have purchased an aftermarket wheel for one of my 4.4's but after finding out that a discont tire tech has carelessly just jammed the wheel into the hub (unclipping the clip for the centering ring)...i changed my mind and used oem wheel instead. i have an le. which are on steels.

I want the same general look. Though I really dig the Methods, I'd prefer something that more closely matches the stock wheels and I can swap new tires over. Those MSW's look pretty good; black would be better contrast against pyrite mica (light brown) body color, but I'll take what I can get. Definitely better than the OEM rims.

I would suggest you get an extra 1 or 2 centering rings though. (along with their "clips" if they come with them and if you want to use the clips)
That is just for an unfortunate occurrence of a tech at dealership or tire shop forgetting to put your centering ring on.
(Which you probably won't know until after a flat, or during a tire change and you see it isn't there.)

There's long debates as to whether centering rings are needed or not (and whether you need the metal, or if plastic is fine), but i would think it's better if you have them, and if metal.

One other important spec (if you are buying "based on size" and not based on "what will fit this model year of a rav4 and this rav4 trim", ...say on a different website/seller than tire rack)... is the Bolt Circle Diameter (BCD).
The rav4's value is 5x114.3 (5 bolts on a circle 114.3 mm [4.5"] wide on the center of the bolts.)

Weight is another important factor. Try to be below 25 lbs i would suggest. If you keep to a "Low Pressure Cast" wheel however (vs "Gravity Cast") i would think you won't go over 25 lbs per wheel.

Do I need wheel locks with Limited 18" wheels?

Do people still steal wheels from cars these days? Should I protect my wheels with a set of wheels locks - or do thieves know how to work around those anyway?

I do not think wheels theft is a problem where I usually park but I want to sometimes leave the car overnight at deserted trailheads.
