Tekonsha T-One Wiring Kit

Rigid lists the Tekonsha 118801 as a T-One plug and play kit for the '19 Rav4, apparently not quite available yet.

CarId had it on their site, but removed it because it's not in stock yet, price is better as well, here's the cached version.

I just received my unit yesterday. I will be installing it tonight, I just have to see if I can find a source of constant power in the hatch since I absolutely loathe running a power line to the battery.

If by hatch, you mean inside of the Rav, check out my post https://www.rav4world.com/forums/193...ml#post2691739. Found the 12v to be "always on" (I haven't stood by the Rav for an hour to check, but does stay on immediately after the Rav is shut off).

Alright, so I did the install last night. It was pretty smooth, the only issue being finding the right spot on the left side to tap for constant. I used a multimeter and did find a hot wire to splice into. For ground I used an existing bolt by the subwoofer so I didn't have to drill any holes into the body in all it took me 2 hours. If I had to do it again it would take me 15 minutes tops.

Where did you buy your unit? I can't find any place that has it in stock, only pre-order.

The Rigid website has shown it available occasionally, so they're likely selling them as fast as they get them, I'd use the Tekonsha dealer locator to find a local retailer to have them order it, Uhaul is a Tekonsha dealer here.

Here are two Canadian sources for Tekonsha products, neither lists the 2019 Rav4, so you'll have to contact them.
