To Techstream or not to Techstream that is the question

Anybody on board have an idea of which version of Techstream to buy to work on out 2019 RAV4?
I've written about this before, specially with Quickdtoo, but I noticed there are a few versions out there and I am sure that this has to be specific. I wanna be able to open the RAV4 windows without getting on board in 90 degree heat. Was planning on having the dealer do it at the first checkup, but after calling a few times they seem to be lost on how to do it. I have noticed that Amazon is selling Techstream but it seems that there is more than a couple of versions.
TKS.

AFAIK the earliest version that has customization that I've used for the '19 Rav4 is V13.30.018 dtd Dec 2018, V13.00.022 didn't have it, V13.20.017 dtd Aug was another earlier version, but I didn't try it when I read that V13.30.018 definitely did cover the '19 Rav4, the latest version is V14. something.

Doesn't the key fob already do this? I haven't tried it with mine yet. But I did try the remote start.

Pressing and holding the unlock button on the wireless remote can open all windows and moonroof, but only if enabled in customization, default is disabled unless changed during PDI which some have been, mine was.

The "all windows down" has to be set by the dealer with Techstream. It can also make the skylight open. There are many other settings this program can set. I'm trying to find the "loudness" of the directional lights.
I would love to make the Blind Side Warning "buzz" when the directional lights are on and someone is there, rather then just the lights. My former car had that.

Is there any booklet showing you where all these settings are located in the program ?

The owner's manual has most customization settings, but you'd have to subscribe to TIS to see all settings or just buy Techstream and MVCI interface cable for a laptop.

FYI.. The "skylight" is called a moonroof.

Hey Quickdtoo, just found this:

Scantool Diagnostics
Techstream Lite supports DLC3/J1962 based diagnostic functions on 1996 and later Toyota, Scion, and Lexus vehicles marketed in North America. You must have an active professional level subscription to use Techstream software.

Vehicle Reprogramming
Toyota, Scion, and Lexus ECUs can be reprogrammed using Techstream Lite. Available ECU updates are specified in applicable Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs), which can be accessed with a subscription to this website. You must have an active professional level subscription to access the calibration files.

In other words guys, leave it to the dealer.

That's only for the official licensed version from Toyota that cost thousands, the cloned copies available on ebay, Amazon and numerous online sources are less than $10 and up.
