I have a wedge dashcam and haven’t really considered the touchscreen as I like the how view is from up there and don’t know if I can rotate the camera lens enough to make it work. Will try it out by holding and see for fun if it could work.

Neat thought. I have a suction mounted cheap dashcam and when my vehicle arrives in 2 weeks I’ll give this some consideration. On my Kia, the dash cam is mostly hidden from the drivers view behind the rear view mirror.

If you hardwire using "add a fuse", the fuse box (drivers side) uses micro blades (I think aka low profile mini fuse blades). Don't mix this up with micro2 blades.

I have a 2019 Limited RAV4
Mods so far
-Tinted front windows to 35% (shouldve done 30 to match the rears)
-Got a sun strip tint for front windshield
-Changed interior lights (vanity mirror, dome, map, and rear trunk light) to LEDs, Fog lights to LEDs, two side view mirror lights to LEDs, and reverse lights to LEDs.

Next mods will be installing door sills. Will probably increase the blue light in the footing area of the driver and passenger sides.

Any chance you have PN’s or info for those interior LED’s?

I used a Sylvania 2825 T10 bulbs for all the interior except the dome light.

Even the side mirror bulbs are the same. The owners manual shows how to take the mirror apart to switch the bulbs. I followed the owners manual guide to swap the lights

Has anyone thought of or figured out how to install small LED's for the moon roof and dome light buttons? I can't be the only one who can't see any buttons at night other that the SOS button that lights up right?

2019 XLE Premium:
- Replaced all the interior lights with LEDs. Ended up with a rear seat bulb that's actually TOO bright so I might find another bulb. Contemplating doing the fog lights.
- Added sound dampener material to the hood and lined the spare tire well. (very quiet cruising but no difference under acceleration) Thinking about the doors but they look like a PITA.
- Hardwired a Vantrue dash cam with an add-a-fuse kit. Managed to conceal the power cord along its entire length so I'm pleased with how it looks.

Probably won't do anything else except maybe the fogs. I did not even think about lighting the roof buttons. I guess I've never looked up there at night!

How did you hide the power cable for the dashcam? Also where was a good spot to run the ground cable assuming you used a 12 to 5v stepdown.
