"transmitting health information. . ." ?

I got an email from Toyota stating:
"Your vehicle (VIN: *************) is successfully transmitting vehicle health information. As part of Service Connect you will now start receiving Health Reports, Maintenance Notifications and Service Alerts."

I had been on the Toyota site to "register" my Rav4 but tried to avoid signing up for the Entune connect stuff. I either failed or the salesman did this for me. I'm big on privacy so I'm a bit unnerved. I have no intent of using any of the Entune apps, at least those that require signing on to the "service agreement" or loading apps onto my iPhone. I haven't the need to remotely start my car, will be using navigation on my iPhone, etc.

Exactly what "vehicle health information" is being collected?
