How to install this type of crash guard ?

I can buy a second hand crash guard, something like this.

I think it's a original Toyota part.
But how do I install it, do I need a steel frame underneath (bull bar) or do I just need some bolts or screws?

Anyone?

Thanks to "Mick Hatzo" on this forum, he posted the installation manual on someone else's request.

What I am looking for is a (maybe downloadable version ?) of the Drilling Template as in the manual (nr. 1) or the distances between the holes, This because the front guard has been standing in a corner for years so it has no perfect symmetry anymore :-(

And... if someone knows the length of the 9 bushes (nr. 4) you can make me even more happy :-)
