Rav4 P0500 shift grinding

Hello, Rav4 experts! I have a 2011 Rav4 auto shift, stopped at a stop sign, then when i tried to
move, shift started to make grinding noise, engine check light on and auto lsd light blinking.
ABS light is not on. Checked the engine code, it's P0500. Checked and it can either be transmission
speed sensor, sensor wire, or ECM. I replaced the speed sensors, the wire looked fine, but
still have the same problem.

I had the front right wheel bearings replaced recently, can it be a bad front right wheel speed sensor?
ABS light is not on.

Or can it be bad fuses, or bad instrument cluster board?

Thank you very much!

Anytime you have work done and a problem develops in that area, that's always a good place to start.
