Maintenance at 84 months (7 years) and 31k miles (50k km)

Friends,

As the proud owner of a Toyota RAV4 2012 Sport (Really cool car), the only maintenance that I did on my car is the regular oil change, tire rotations, in addition to changing the battery in March 2019 and the air filter in September 2018.

my question is: I want to keep the car as much as possible (hopefully long after i die and i am 34 years old )

I am leaving the midwest to the east coast, and the dealership here are relatively honest. so i want to make all the maintenance with them before i drive my car across the country.

1- what fluids would you change at this point 84 months (7 years) and 31k miles (50k km)?
2- what other parts would you consider changing at this point?
3- i never hauled anything with my 4 banger, so do you think I should check the differentials and change their fluid?
4- all my driving have been city (Stop and go) driving, and my sense is that is considered "severe driving conditions" just like towing a car. please give me recommendations based on this driving pattern (as i am also moving to a city without minimal highway driving).
I appreciate a detailed opinion since i am very concerned about not doing the adequate maintenance, hence my plea here.

PS: The relative low mileage is confounded by the long duration of ownership (7 years) and i am not sure whether to follow the mileage or duration, especially considering my stop and go driving pattern.

Since you specified in metric I would think you lived perhaps in Canada. Take a look at your supplement manual (Canada only) which shows the maintenance schedule of your fluids.

The fluids should be changed: Coolant, brake fluid, rear differential, and front transfer case.
If you have never done so change the air filter and cabin filter.

I live in the states but wanted input from Canadian colleagues here as well
How about transmission fluid exchange?

You can do a drain and fill for the transmission fluid at 96,000 km (60,000 miles).

Given your stop and go driving, your brakes might be almost done at 50K km or maybe it is at 50% life.
If you never had your brakes inspected, get it done and replaced, if required and get the calipers serviced.
Basically, they would grease the caliper pins.

At 30K I would do:
-Transfer case with synthetic. this and the rear diff is jsut to get rid of break in fluid. After the initial 30K swap out I find that the fluid is basically last forever, especially if you use a high quality synthetic.
-Rear diff with syn
-Air filter
-Cabin Filter
That's it.

-Tranny if you want to do a drian and fill. ok. But I wouldn't until 60. I would also use a high quality aftermarket syn
-Brake fluid-I don't ever flush my system. When I change pads I will bleed the caliper that got a new pad. If the MC reservoir is dirty I might stir it up and turkey baster out some old fluid.
-Coolant-probably new at 30 k

The radiator cap and thermostat replacement is unnecessary. It may last the life of the vehicle so leave it unless it's broken.
