    Looks like there are 2 brands. 90916-A2021 is a Bando and 90916-02668 is a Mitsuboshi. Same price. Should I assume either will fit?

    I just performed a full fluid exchange via the return line and replaced the filter on my wife's 2014 Rav limited at 88k miles. No towing. That WS was almost black. I went with Maxlife. Only drained a little over 2 qrts from the pan so just made more sense to do the full exchange.

    Preparing to flush my wife's 2014 Rav4 transmission (U760e) and wanted to ask everyone which replacement filter you used. Also did you add additional magnets to the pan? Thanks!

    How is everyone checking the ATF temp after refilling? I flushed my 05 Tacoma and used the 4/12 pin jump method for the AT F TEMP light. Does a similar option exist for a 2014 Rav4?

    Did you go with an OEM filter & pan gasket? Also, I performed an auto trans fluid flush via the return line on my 05 Tacoma. I plan to go this route on daughter's 2013 Rav4 Limited and wife's 2014 Limited once I can confirm the procedure is the same for checking fluid level.

  12. Beep when opening driver door

    My wife's Rav4 recently started to produce an audible 'Beep' just as the driver door is opened. This is a separate beep from the unlocking beep and happens after unlocking and actually swinging the door open. Any idea how to turn this off?

    I used this method on my Tacoma which has a check plug near the drain plug. Sounds like the Rav4 does not have a check plug.

  15. A/C light comes on regardless of heat selection.

    I understand that the A/C automatically turns on when the defrost mode is selected but is it normal for the A/C to be engaged all other modes? I.e., floorboard, dash vents, etc.:confused:
