First - check out the cabin filter and see what you have there..
Second - check some sites to see how to access and/or replace blower fans and the cost..

I'd agree on checking the cabin air filter - located behind the glove box. When I first heard my noise, this is what I found.

Often the major cause of blower motor noise is cabin air filter. I experienced this problem and find the problem in the cabin filter. I am agree and you must check the cabin filter.

I have a problem with mine also. Check the junkyard for a replacement if needed.

A couple of days after changing the cabin air filter, the noise went away. Thanks for the great idea.
