The large nut does not have to be removed or even loosened. The two threaded holes either side of it are the removal aids. You insert either 10 or 12mm bolts, whichever fit and tighten them alternately to push off the rotor. First apply penetrating oil around the mating surface between the hub and rotor just inside the removal holes. I also apply it to the stud holes.

The threaded holes are for removing the rotor when it is stuck, like yours is stuck.
Heat rarely helps in this location. Most of the time a little penetrating-oil and some soft tapping on the corners of the rotor will free it, you are just trying to rock the rotor a little one side and then the other side to loosen the rust. You usually do not need to drive rotor off with a hammer, just enough to free it up.
 
If you really want to replace the hub bearing feel free heat it and beat it.

If you just want to remove the rotor bolts in the two holes tightened alternately have always worked for me.
