so to confirm, since I have the unit with navigation and premium audio, I have no update to do? Or since I have the premium audio, I do?
According to this TSB, if you have a Premium Audio 2019 RAV4 with navigation equipped Denso-Ten head unit you want to download and install both 17TDT2NA-CA01_1211.kwi & 17TMT2NA-DA02_0040.kwi if not running these versions already

Otherwise, the non-Navigation Audio Plus 2019 RAV4 with Denso-Ten latest head unit software version is 17TDT1NA-CA02_1211.kwi

So only the dealer can get us the 1211 version right now? I would love to have some of those issues fixed.

Head unit software updates should be covered under the 36month warranty according to this TSB...

Stupid question but how do I know if I have audio plus?

I have a 19 RAV4 XLE AWD.

Your Model ID DCU will read 17TDT1NA-CA02 on the head unit touchscreen as shown in Quickdtoo's pic in the post above...I believe Canadian and US share same head unit software

Just want to confirm. I have a U.S. 2019 with Premium audio + navigation. The update page states no updates are available. Per Somms post 21 I should download the firmware for audio plus without navigation. I see the file " This file is only intended for Rav4 and Rav4 Hybrid vehicles with Entune Audio 8" display and with a cellular module (DCM) installed." I do not see any other ' files. The firmware release date is November 18, 2019
I am not sure I am at the correct site. Here is the site I am using,

Is there another site that I should be using?

Looks like the base Entune Audio head unit also now has a software update going by that site. Strange that it states it's for models without a DCM only. My 7-inch HU indeed has a DCM.
Look again it is there. Filename you want to download for Pioneer 7inch w/DCM is 17TDT0NA-EA36_1008.kwi which should match the Model ID DCU found in your headunit short of the version 1008...

Thanks, I'm aware of what model head unit I have and software version. My question is why do none of the download links say they are for 7 inch head units WITH a DCM.

I'm on the same page as you are for the 2019. Looks like it is a bug of the site or maybe Chrome, because it happens on my PC and phone. The "read more" link changes all of the text to models without DCM.

Seems I have the latest version already anyway, it was on 1008 when I drove it off the lot in Nov. 2019.

I have V1159. This is the latest, correct?
v1211 is currently the latest software version for 2019 RAV4 w/Denso-Ten head unit that can be installed by the service dept under warranty or can be downloaded via https://techinfo.toyota.com w/appropriate subscription...

Interesting, I did download and installed the latest version from Toyota, and the file is 1159. After installation I checked the car and indeed the version is 1159. So I am not sure how do you guys get 1211.
Thanks

Ok, my mistake, I didn't read the techinfo part [emoji16]. Anybody knows what are the changes from 1159 to 1211?

Thanks
