The Central Atlantic Region (PA/MD/DE/VA/WV) just announced 0% financing for many hybrid vehicles for 60 months, including the RAV4 Hybrid. Perfect timing for my order (as long as it arrives by July 6). I'm guessing if the dealer had ordered it before I inquired that it would be considered taking delivery from dealer stock.
The last offer only included the RAV4 gas model and excluded the hybrid. Guess sales aren't as robust as expected (or low gas prices are tempering demand).
