Here is another good RAV4 Hybrid AWD-i (E-Four) test video that I came across (from similar part of the world as previous video). In particular, this video shows the AWD-i system has strong-enough rear-motor power to push the vehicle forward even when both front wheels and one of the rear wheels are on rollers. This is in agreement with the Alex on Autos video of RAV4 PRIME's AWD-i system test on rollers, with same results,

RAV4 Hybrid AWD-i goes head-to-head against Nissan Rogue X-Trail (a mechanical AWD system) in this video (this time in Spanish). Note the excellent performance of the RAV4 Hybrid AWD-i system by comparison.

Why isn't this available in the US? A TRD Off-road with the Hybrid powertrain would be ideal for me.
All RAV4 Hybrids sold in North America starting with 2019 model year have standard AWD-i (known as E-Four or AWD-e in other parts of the world), and includes RAV4 PRIME. (Note the labels on the vehicle will just say 'AWD'). This latest generation AWD-i system was reprogrammed by Toyota to be more capable compared to previous generations. This is the system shown in each of the video posts above.

Here is another video (again, in a foreign language) showing good capabilities of the Hybrid's AWD-i system in off road testing:
