I just attached a bafx OBDII scanner to my Prime SE, and attempted to use the Torque Pro android app to look at the gauges.

What immediately happened was my tpms setup was blanked out. I'll need to figure out how to reset that.

I looked around in the torque gauges and could not find the Prime-specific ones I was looking for, specifically battery %SOC, fuel level, etc.

Does anyone have experience with this on the Prime, and is there a source to find the custom pids we need for the Prime?

Does anyone know why it zeroed out my tpms, and how I can prevent it (or anything else weird) from happening again?

Update: Turns out the TPMS light coming on was a coincidence. There was actually a tire with low PSI, and it had a leak caused by a screw. Fixed now.

I have the Torque Pro app as well, paid version. I added the PIDs for Prius and it's overwhelming. There're a lot of sensors in modern day cars.

Have you tried the Hybrid Assistant? It works on Prius, Rav4 Hybrids. I like it more than Torque Pro.

bobo809, which OBDii scanner do you recommend for use with the TorquePro app? I have a Plain-Jane R4P SE.
Thanks.

I have the OBDlink LX. It works with TorquePro.

I used the same OBDLink LX with Hybrid Assistant with my Prius Prime and it was great. However, I cannot get a reliable connection to my RAV4 Prime. Has anyone else gotten Hybrid Assistant to work with the RAV4 Prime? (with any OBD2 adapter at all)
