My 2019 Rav4 hybrid maintenance documentation states that, at 30000 miles, the transfer case oil for 4WD needs to be replaced. My Rav is AWD, so I assume that is also included. I took it to the dealer and they told me that the Rav4 does not have a transfer case, so they did not change the transfer case oil. Can someone clear this up? I dont want to skip any maintenance that is required and possibly void the drive train warranty.
