I don't have one, but I have seen a few. The van almost appears to be black, unless there is something shining on the curved surfaces. The color of the light and the color of the surroundings will determine whether the van shows any purple or not. With clear skies and bright sunshine, it's a beautiful dark BLUE.

Blueprint was actually my first color choice based on the photos on the Toyota site. However, it person it is a much darker blue, and like was mentioned, the light has to be hitting it just right to see much of the blue tint. First impression is that it's a black car, then you see hints of blue.
After seeing it in person, I changed my color preference to Supersonic Red and love it.

Yes, there is a touch of purple in it.
For us old timers (before computers were used to design cars), all design work was done on paper and when copies were made, the lines were a dark purple/ blue color, called blueprints. That's where this color name comes from.
