Hello, I am currently driving a 2018 Rav4 with a vin that starts with a 2. The current problem I am having is I don't have any air blowing out to the defrost vent that helps defrost the windshield. Another problem I am having is the when I set my air conditioner mode to only to blow at the feet, it doesn't close the vent door for the top four air vents [ Excluding the defrost vent ] that blows to the driver's face. When the mode is set to "defrost & feet" or "defrost only", air will blow out all top four vents as well. I have heard that I am require to remove the whole dashboard to access the air conditioner unit which I am planning to do. I need help understanding the following diagram from Toyota part's website. In the diagram, which servo sub-assembly is which air position mode. The only servo sub-assembly I see are 87106H, 87106V, and 87106J. What is 87106N for? Are these servo sub-assembly located outside of the air conditioner unit where is visual accessible without the need of opening up the AC unit. I don't know if one servo sub-assembly failed or just one. Here is the website to the Toyota part website with the AC unit: AC unit diagram. Thank you.
