I assume the factories producing RAV4s have converted to producing the 2023 models? I’m wondering if buyers are starting to take delivery in the U.S. or Canada? I haven’t seen any posts on this forum by new owners of 2023 models. From what I’ve seen online the only changes seem to be minor exterior refreshes.

Mine is being built on Monday and will be delivered to my dealership in the following weeks. Super excited!

I've been working with a sales guy at a local dealership in Northern California since mid-September. He texted me Dec. 1st to let me know they just got in the trim, color, etc. that I wanted. I went to the dealership that same day. I assumed they got in more 2022's that day, but he said that was the first 2023's. So I took home a 2023 XLE FWD gas.

I just picked up my 2023 Woodland on Monday, I reserved it on Nov 14. When I reserved it I was told it just came off the assembly line the week before. It was made at the Woodstock Ontario plant and I'm in SE Pennsylvania.

What dealer, I'm near Allentown and have been waiting for an " in transit" gas xle for several weeks.

I live in Florida and took delivery of 2023 RAV4 XSE on 12/21/2022, about 5 weeks after putting a deposit down. It was delivered with 1 FOB and a promise to provide the 2nd one in a few weeks. Otherwise, no complaints.

Sorry, I just saw your response but if you are still looking, I got mine at Performance Toyota in Sinking Spring outside of Reading. They've got a bunch of all-gas engine Ravs listed as "in transit." They are selling at MSRP.

Update: Delivery bumped and now scheduled for February. No reason given.

I took delivery of my '23 Limited gas version on 12/17/22. I contacted my local dealership on 11/22/22 and got on their list for allocation. On the day after Thanksgiving, 11/25/22, I saw another dealership had some Limiteds that were in transit in the exact color I wanted. I contacted them and they had three listed but two of them had been spoken for. I put a deposit down on the remaining one. It was delivered to their dealership on 12/15/22. I'm glad that I jumped on it because my local dealer has not received allocation for any Limited models yet.

Hope you don't mind my asking, 1) did you order this car per your selection of options ? 2) what did the final dollar figure cost w tax etc etc
Thanks

The MSRP of mine was $39,809. The packages that were added was the weather package, fog light thingy (lol), black-out emblems, and door guards. Those added 815, 100, 129, and 150 to the base price. If I'd had a choice, I probably wouldn't have bought the add ons but I'm really liking the heated steering wheel and rain sensing wipers. The door guards are nice too.
Like most dealers, you don't really get to "order" one, they just get an allocation from Toyota and you pick from there. This vehicle was one that had not been spoken for. They are three of the Limiteds in the color Blueprint coming in and only mine didn't have a deposit on it. That's the color I wanted, one was cheaper than mine (just $129) and the other was around $2,000 more. It had the higher technology package on it.
I can't remember the exact figure but I'm in IL so the title and license was $300 something and the tax was $2,600. oh, and the dealer fee was $399. I didn't get any other warranties. So it was around $42,700.
