They are three of the Limiteds in the color Blueprint coming in and only mine didn't have a deposit on it. That's the color I wanted, one was cheaper than mine (just $129) and the other was around $2,000 more.
I've yet to in person see a 23 Rav in Blueprint. The Blueprint pics on the internet including the Corollas all seem to look very different. Some look very bright and others more subtle and you can't really tell from the color samples on the Toyota site. Any chance you could post one or two pics of your Rav in Blueprint here? My wife doesn't like that real bright blue so we might go for the Gray if that's what it really looks like.

I have noticed that the color looks different on different cars. I like it better on the Rav4 than the Highlander. I think it's because my Rav4 had more chrome/silver accent trims than the Highlander that I saw. I think that the color sample on Toyota's website looks brighter than in real life. It just shines in direct sunlight and it has glitter in the paint. But it's a pretty subtle color. It looks navy or even black most of the time. I wouldn't call it bright.

The first two pictures capture the sunlight and how "bright" the color looks. But mostly just in the sun. The last picture seems the most accurate for normal conditions to me. It's blue but not bright. I would actually prefer it to look more like the sample on Toyota's page but it's darker IRL.

I don't see anywhere on the Toyota site to enter a VIN to track delivery. Entering the VIN into the general search found nothing. Can anyone describe how to navigate the site to get to the VIN entry page? I ordered ($1000 deposit) a RAV4 XLE AWD Hybrid (white or silver, with or without winter package - I'm on Cape Cod MA) in July 2022. I had to keep asking the young sales guy I got, about a delivery date. In January he finally said there was a 2023 one available (white with winter package) for late Feb. or early March and gave me the VIN.

You could try the website Toyota Tracker. Toyota Tracker
I've heard that it works well. When I was waiting on mine on December, the website wasn't working so I couldn't use it. I just tried a couple of VINs for vehicles that are on the way to my local dealership and it pulled them up. It didn't offer a lot of info but it might be worth looking in to.

I just tried that site with the VIN I got but no data was found.

There are a couple of vendors on Amazon that sell them cheaply enough. I am sure that someone here has probably installed one of these and there are some videos on Youtube showing how to do it. Personally I am not sure that I would want to install one for fear of having it interfere with something vital. We will be ordering a Limited trim of the Rav soon and I was pleased to see that on that trim this stop/start feature is not included.

Hmm, so I just did a Toyota build configurator to order the exact package and options that I want in the Limited trim. After I filled this out I clicked on the two local Toyota dealerships for a requested quote. This is in upstate New York. I just received a phone call from one of the two dealerships telling me that Toyota is not currently taking any customer build orders and that I would have to make do with what is being allocated to the dealership. She did say that they get a few new Ravs every two weeks but that in the Limited Trim it would no doubt come with packages and accessories that are not in my desired configuration plus the color may not be what I want. I'll wait and see what the other dealership tells me as I am suspecting this might just be BS. She could not tell me how long this no order policy will be in place. I am not in any urgent hurry so can wait.

That's how it is right now for everyone at every dealership. Toyota doesn't do orders. They make vehicles and then allocate them out to the dealerships and the dealership fits the vehicle to the person based on what trim they requested. The allocation happens every two weeks. The dealership doesn't know what is coming in the future. They just have you put a deposit down and get on a list. Until stock can catch up with all the people wanting to buy, this is how it is. Unfortunately, that does mean that your dealership might be getting a Limited in but with lots of add ons from the factory. They don't control that.
I found my Limited (AWD, gas version) after the vehicle had already been allocated to the dealer. It had a few add ons but nothing crazy and I was okay with them. I feel like I got lucky but at least I knew what I was agreeing to buy before putting a deposit down.

as for the question... do you mean actually made in 2023 or is a 2023 RAV4?

I took delivery of my 2023 Rav4 Prime right at the start of 2023. It was built in 2022 though. I believe in November. My last 2 vehicles were similar except they were actually purchased in the year prior to their model year in the fall.

Yes, car manufacturers are playing catchup and the tide will again start turning in the consumer's favor. From what I hear, some buyers who had put their name in for a place in the queue months ago are now also cancelling these orders because of affordability issues. They are finding that in a few short months the used vehicle they were planning on trading in is losing much of it's pandemic inflated value. Also, those that thought they were getting a 3 percent loan are suddenly seeing that increase to 6. I will be talking with my local Toyota sales person who sold me my 4Runner a few years ago to get an idea of what he expects in the way of his allotment for gas Ravs in Limited trim and what kind of packages are installed. I don't imagine there will be any talk of "incentives" until things really start turning around.

I took ownership of my 2023 Limited on January5th, it was built in KY in December. Love it! My first SUV and hybrid. Had a great experience overall, dealership did not mark up the sticker, somehow it was a lot less pressure just knowing the price was the price. Waited about 3 months. The dealer offered discounted price for the undercoating that I requested because of the wait.

Yeah, it's still a seller's market but I definitely think it will be turning around soon. I had a lease on a 2020 Rav4 Limited that was ending in July. I started looking in November, just to get an idea at what the market looked like. I was reading about used car values already starting to decrease and interest rates were much higher. I was able to purchase mine in December and I feel lucky that I got decent equity out of my 2020 (which doesn't normally happen) and a do-able interest rate. The values have only dropped since then and the interest rate is higher. It's a bad time to be buying a car but in my case, I don't know if the market would have turned around by July. I've seen some Toyota dealers offering money off MSRP on vehicles that are on the lot. It's going to happen again, it just depends on how much stock the dealership has.

I just took delivery of my RAV4 Hybrid XLE AWD (white) Feb 28. on Cape Cod MA.I ordered it in July. The dealer told me Toyota does not allow VIN tracking because thieves.would know what models were being delivered when to what dealers. The Toyota mobile app shows the order date as 12/22. It has Firestone Destination LE2 tires which are fine ( I always switch to actual snow tires in the winter but I don't think there's enough winter left to warrant a switch now)) but have poor ratings for hydroplaning. Firestone Destination LE3 vs LE2 (Is New Better?) (comparethetire.com) . A whole separate manual for media interaction, but I love the vehicle - which I expected since I had a 2021 RAV4 Hybrid LE AWD for 15 months before my son totaled it.
