I have a 2020 Rav4 xle hybrid. The back up camera is pointing down where I can see the license plate. Before I would not see the plate. Somehow the camera position has changed. Is there anyway to adjust the camera angle to be raised up slightly?

Interesting, you are the 2nd person in about a week with this report,
and a response was "that's how it is".

I don't really use mine but I did just look at mine and it looks like the picture from the thread I linked.

I don't know what value it would bring to parking if you couldn't see the vehicle relative to an obstacle.
Even if it were tilted up enough for the plate to not be visible, there isn't anything to be gained. You can already see the neighbors front yard, there is plenty of view.

2020 xse hybrid. I got rear ended but the camera and upper body of the car was unharmed. After they replaced the bottom bumper and I got my car back you could see a lot of my license plate. It’s bothered me deeply since, I took it back to the shop immediately to show them and they just told me it was normal and like that before. I had no proof of course.

When you are in rear camera view, there are two modes shown on the left bottom of the screen. "normal" (right icon) and "wide" (left icon) when you change to "wide" you can see the license plate. Just change back to normal.

This just happened to my parents 2022 xse prime. I have the exact same car, so I'm very familiar with the camera view. Now, about a third of their license plate is in view, compared to the sliver that normally is. Glad this thread exists to validate my concern!
