I'm probably a small minority of enthusiasts that is lowering my RAV4 and Prime at that.
It's been challenging finding a good set-up that works for the Prime given it's over 500 lbs heavier than the Hybrid.
I posted a while back that i went with the RSR springs initially but the springs with factory shocks was too soft and felt like a boat plus i couldn't get it to lower more.
We found that the Harrier Hybrid in Japan has the closest set-up although 440 lbs (200 kg) lighter than the Prime.
We special ordered the coilover and installation was spot on no mods.
We lowered it more to about 1 inch (2 finger gap)
With the 16 way dampening the ride is so much better now but still soft enough for a CUV.
When i had originally did my alignment on the RSR i had -1.7 and -2.0 degree of camber in the rear so i installed the Cusco rear adjustable arm kit and did my alignment recently now pulling it back in to about -1.4 degree of camber after lowering my car another 1.5 inches.
There's been some folks asking so i thought i'd post what i have.
next up looking to see if the Hybrid Exhausts will work on the Prime.
