just look at some youtube videos and look like the 2024 RAV4 hybrid model didn't have spare tire, am I correct?
2024 will most likely be very minimal changes for the 4.5, maybe some trim option massaging.

I do not foresee them removing the spare tire.

2025 is most likely when we will see the 4.6, by then anything is possible since it will be a new generation.

Although the 2024 Camry was just announced with minimal changes, and is now the 7th(?) year of the 8th gen Camry? So maybe we will see similar with the RAV4.

TL;DR: it is too soon to be seeing news about the 2024 RAV4 and most everything claiming to have info about it, are false.

Full size or compact spare?
I was looking at the RAV4 hybrid today and it had a compact spare. There seems to be a lot of room in the spare tire hold, so perhaps a full size spare would fit? As I drive in remote western mountains and Baja, I will carry a full size spare wherever I must: on roof rack, in rear, somewhere. Also take Flat Fix, 12 volt air compressor, and tire plugs. I also have a very old Toyota Tacoma, and in remote areas I carry 2 E rated mounted spares.

So are you looking for one? Something like this perhaps...

If the size is still the same as my 2021 hybrid, then yep, a full size tire fits in the trunk. There is a very minimal bump on the floor cover (mostly on the side near the rear seats), but barely noticeable.

My 7 months 2023 R4H came with a full spare tire. Same Bridgestone Alenza H/L33.
What size tires do you have? For my '21 XLE Premium hybrid, the full size tire (225/60-18) will fit in there but the front of the floor board is raise a bit, perhaps 1/2". If you have the same, or nearly the same size, I wonder if Toyota changed something (styrofoam blocks) so the full size spare fits.
