What are the differences between these trim levels?
Main difference is the XSE has a sport suspension, and the XLE does not, (the "S" in SE and XSE means sport". )

A Hybrid XSE has a more distinctive look with two tone paint, especially the pearl white w black metallic roof. It has a different digital dash, bigger mfd, moonroof, synthetic black leather with blue stitching and matching interior ambient lights. Of course the stiffer sport suspension and gloss black wheels. Power liftgate and homelink mirror are nice as well.

All RAV4 hybrids have more horsepower than the conventional versions and all have awd.

Sports suspension means different shocks and struts, beefier sway bars front and rear, and chassis braces and wider wheels.
Agree with everything except the wider wheels. I put black XSE wheels on my RAV4 XLE Premium hybrid; they are the same exact size that came from the factory on my RAV:

Just add some Falken Wild Peak Trails in a 235/60/18 or really go big with 245/60/18 for a real great look. You still won't have the sport suspension of the XSE, but it will look great.
