Is there older firmware we can download for the Infotainment System ?

Hi,

I would like to rollback from the current version of the firmware and restore Dynamic Motion and Album Art displayed while driving. Is there a repo somewhere of the older firmware ? The unit in my RAV is a 17TDT1NA-CA31 running firmware version 1383.

Sometimes newer isn't better.

There is no way to roll back the firmware. Even if you had the old version on a USB drive, the head unit would refuse to install it.

What year is your RAV4? The early 5th generation RAV4s came with "Entune App suite". The Entune app suite has been discontinued, and you cannot have the apps available back then: https://support.toyota.com/s/article/Toyota-App-Suite-Retirement?language=en_US

Hi,

It's a 2022. It's too bad they dropped the navigation app. The GPS antenna mounted on the vehicle is better than the one in the smartphone. When I am driving around the White Mountains it makes all the difference in the world.
