Headlight Adjustment RAV 4.4

Figured I'd attempt to resurrect this thread right where Eisbaer left off. Currently looking at a 2015 LE headlight housing and successfully adjusted the height, but have found no way to adjust horizontally.
The driver's side is practically aimed at the grill!
I'm (what I thought was) a pretty not bad (industrial) mechanic for a living, and I haven't been able to figure this out, or find any info on it.
Just a shot in the dark here.
