Any suggestions to make the front seats of a 2024 RAV4 Hybrid LE more comfortable? Just got the RAV4 Hybrid for a company car and after my first long trip, I definitely noticed comfort was as issue. Any suggestions for covers or cushions that made seats better would be appreciated. Thanks!

I make a 13 hr trip about once per year....Ive tried memory foam cushions and even that does not work in the 1.5 inch version. I recently bought some H41 foam w 1" thickness (H41 is a grade of foam and firmness), I have not taken it on a trip, but will do a 5 hr trip next week. If I remember, I will give you an update.... Getting out of the car for a stretch does help.
Take a look at previous posts on the topic.... some here say that you REALLY have to dial in the adjustments many times to finally get it right....

I had my seat PERFECT once. Then mere days later someone in family wanted to drive it to see if they would be comfortable in a bigger car, and I've been chasing that perfect seat setting ever since she changed it. It can be done, it's just way more specific than I ever thought it could be.

Thanks for the suggestion. I feel like the LE doesn't have many adjustments other than recline, slide seat forward/back and height, up/down.........Am I missing any? Thanks!

Check this thread on the topic.... see Tazio's comments, he is a famous but wise OLD Italian race car driver .... ; )

Good luck, in essense, the consensus is....The Rav4 seats could be much more comfortable....

Since the LE doesn't have many adjustments available, there is little you can do. Lumbar support cushions may help.

If you can do some minor modifications to the company car, here are a couple suggestions:
1. Often the problem is support under the thighs -- there is little in the LE. For cars with more adjustments, you can tilt the seat cushion, which raises the front to give that thigh support. But in the LE, the best way to get thigh support is with seat jackers to raise the front: ADJUSTABLE SEAT JACKERS® (RAV / HIGHLANDER / SIENNA) They make some inexpensive seat spacers that can do the same thing: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B097H44GBP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
2. The RAV4 has less leg room than others of the same size; it even has less leg room than my Subaru Impreza which is a much smaller car. That leaves your knees bent, which can be uncomfortable. The solution to that is to get seat extenders to increase the leg room and straighten out the knees: Toyota - Rav4 - Extend My Seat Store I am very tall, so getting my seat further back really helped. But I bought my RAV4 before extend my seat came out with their solution for the 5th generation, so I did it myself: https://www.rav4world.com/threads/e...hreads/extending-the-front-seat-on-the-rav4-for-tall-people.316796/post-2902517 Straightening the legs also lowers the knee so you get more thigh support.

I took a 5 hr trip yesterday. IF the area of discomfort is the tailbone after sitting for hours, the 1" foam did in fact help w the drive. Both wife and I felt the foam did the job.
If I were to do the experiment again, I think I would go w 3/4" foam H41 grade. Only because the 1" seemed a little high in the front thigh area. This is an inexpensive attempt to add a little comfort on longer drives. Worth a try.

(foam can be purchased and cut to your dimensions in a Foam shop or upholstery store) You may be able to fit it in a pillow case temporarily for the trip. Crazy that Toyota does not make more comfortable seats, but thats another topic.
Good luck

Toyota cheaped out on the LE and it has some of stiffest worst seats I've ever seen - this one reason I got the XLE it has very average seats.

The only seat cushions I felt were useful in the past were the purple ones (google 'purple seat cushions' it's a brand not just a color).
