I just put a deposit on 2025 XLE premium hybrid that should arrive next month. The spec sheet and photos of the car look identical to my 2022. Unless there have been changes to the instrument cluster, the M.I.D. Or display screen/panel software, everything looks identical. The only difference I see is the exterior color (wind chill pearl vs ruby flair. Am I missing something?

powertrain enhancements, better fuel economy, safety sense 2.5, interior upgrades (let us know !)
As far as I know, there was no improvement to power or fuel economy between the 2022 and 2025.
In addition to TSS 2.5, more LED interior lights, the big changes are no holes in the roof (not sure exactly when in 2022 Toyota fixed the roof rails), perhaps an improved rear motor cable harness (time will tell), a new head unit system ( I assume this is an upgrade with wireless carplay), new headlights from the 2023 refresh.
Outside of the rear cable harness (perhaps fixed)and the coolant valve, there are no major defects left.
After watching a few YouTube videos it appears the only changes are to the instrument cluster and the software for the display panel. I wasn’t aware of a headlight change in 2023. How were they changed. I have ordered a 2025 model that has a VIN and is due to arrive at the dealer between March 4th and the 24th. Color is Wind Chill Pearl.
