Looking for tips on checking condition of my clutch in my 98 RAV4 I'm trying to avoid removing crossmember but if anybody has examined their clutch through the inspection plate I would love some tips on how to make it easy as possible

So I know this is an old car and there are alot of threads already but I still can't seem to find an answer. Everytime I put a new fuse in the "tail" socket it blows after a couple minutes of driving. Ive replaced all of the bulbs including the license plate ones, ive checked all of the sockets...
