cabin air filter

Hi All, Does anyone know if the 2000 rav4 has a cabin air filter? If it doesn't, does anyone know how to make a modification so that one exists (or if that's even possible)? Thank you! Shauna

Haven't started the garaged 2015 RAV4 in over two weeks. Finally had a nice day so I'm giving it a spring cleaning today. Found a wadded up insulation nest just above the cabin air filter. Not a lot, so I think it's just become an issue since we're not traveling anywhere. I'm not even sure if...
