frozen nav

I just had the B9004 stereoNAV system installed. Can anyone give me a clue as to why this one is completely stuck in the map. Everything else works. Could it be the nav dvd? If so where can I get this dvd? Can it be downloaded? Tried to google this, but no hits where only the nav map is stuck...
