I have been dealing with a very tough-to-track-down misfire on what I believe is cylinder No. 2. I took the rav4 to the dealer and had it diagnosed, and they came back with recommending a head gasket replacement. They think it is blown. My question is WHY do they think that?
I have NO excess...
Glad Toyotacare is a thing, my 2019 XLE AWD is just shy of 15k miles and it appears that the Valve Cover Gasket is leaking oil. My dealer sent in a request to cover it, hopefully that's all that's wrong. Anyone else have this issue pre-20k?
Edit: Attached TSB provided by my dealership as well.
