window visor

Hi. Does anyone use window visors/wind deflectors on their Rav? Do they help with the cabin noise? I'm interested in possibly getting some but is there a difference between the $30 or so ones you can find on eBay from China or Korea and the ones that cost twice as much, such as WellVisor? If...
