I bought my 2017 XLE at around 73,000 miles. (Zero problems, BTW),and have had the local dealer do the oil changes every 5000 religiously. I went in yesterday for the 100,000 mile change, and asked what I should do for the 100,000 one. He printed out a list of several things, some I was familiar with, others...not so much.
In order:
1.) Clean throttle body, $105.10
2.)Service front diff, includes transfer if integral, $92.27
3.)Flush brake system, $150.53
4.)Service rear diff (without limited slip), $92.57
5.)Replace engine coolant, $114.69
6.)JB fuel system service-all, $213.78
Ok, I can understand the front and rear diff service (and price), however #1, #3, and #6 (especially) seem REALLY steep, what justifies over $200 in a fuel system service?!?!
And, no mention of the serpentine belt or spark plugs. I'm not a real fan of dealers, and I'm well aware they make loads of money off of their service department.
