Hey yall,
New Rav4 owner here and new into anything car related. Was wondering if anyone here could help me out. For starters I have a 2006 Rav4.
My 12v outlet is wrecked and doesn't work. So being adventerous I took the panel off the dash and disconnected it. I now need to replace it.
I uploaded some pictures to give yall an idea of what Im looking at.

My issue is that I don't know where or how to get a new one or replace it. Everything I see online looks different from what I have. That being said, anyone know how to possibly wire in a different one? Also you'll notice in the picture theres expansion bays for more outlets. Id also like to add a duo USB plug on there and not sure how to do that either. Can anyone help???

Edit: I know it's not the fuse just an FYI. I checked and replaced it multiple times. The 12v outlet is itself broken

Why not replace the 12V port with this dual USB port? I installed this one in the rear of my console for back seat passengers and it is very well made and should fit in that panel:

How would you recommend I tap into the wires? I wound up ordering an offbrand 12v outlet that I will just wire with an add a fuse and leave that old one dangling. It seemed like the easiest solution for someone that doesn't know a lot like me.

Not quite sure what you mean by "leave that old one dangling" but I'd just cut it off and use inline crimp-on connectors to attach the new one rather than having any loose wires.

You tap the wires using these connectors. Video how to splice the wire. The power socket wires has two wires: white wire is positive (power) and the white with black stripe is negative (ground).

I wound up buying something similar I will see how it works. If I decide to add more i'll go with those!
