i was underneath the car to locate an oil leak some where
well I've found a second screw or a plug just above the oil pan which cant be a drain plug
or is it just a screw attaching a bracket or a mount to the block
correct me if I'm wrong
its a 2.0 L 1az fe engine

Looks to me like a large bolt that holds the black bracket to the aluminum case.

yep thats what i thought
there was too much oil over there to suspect its a drain plug there is even oil on the tensioner
i suspected it was the power steering pump but it doesn't lose fluid and i didn't fill it up at all

The timing chain tensioner is behind the power-steering pump. The tensioner gasket is a frequent cause of oil leak on many Toyota. I would not be surprised if this is your ''problem''.

yep i see its a common failure
did you take the tensioner out from underneath the car or from engine bay
do i need to unbolt something to make the job easier?
