Hello, I just got the 2005 rav4.2 2 door. I'd like to know about A/T tire with her
1. 235/70/16 can be put with stock suspension? without rubbing?
2. So how about the 15" wheel is that ok? if it work great what is tire size for it?

Anyone please give me suggestion which is the best wheel size and tire.

Thanks a lot

I never worked on a 4.2 two doors. But if the suspension components are the same as four doors, you can't put 15'' wheels. The rear shocks lower mounts do not clear the wheel. For the tire size, I have BFG All Terrain 225/75/16 on the OEM wheels. Even with the stock suspension, they never hit anything... in any off-road condition. When I added the 1.25'' wheel spacers, the rear tires were sometimes hitting lightly the flares. I now have a 40mm lift on my 4.2. :)
