Right, so I've been an avid lurker of this forum for a month or more. I was pretty dead set on getting a Rav4 back in July, but then the Acura RDX came out. I delayed my purchase to investigate, then decided that it wasn't an option. Then the redesigned CRV came out. Again I delayed to do some research, and have decided to go with the RAV4.
Now, I've waited long enough for the 2007 models to come out. The only hard decision I have to make now is whether to get the Sport or the Limited model.
I've jotted down the significant differences between the standard features of the two, near as I can figure:
Sport:
+ 18" chrome wheels
+ Sport tuned suspension
- Hard/soft spare tire cover
+ Fender flares (just how noticable are they?)
+ Flint Mica
Limited:
- 17" wheels
+ Chrome grille
+ Full hard spare tire cover
+ Particle filter on A/C climate control
+ 8-way power seat w/power lumbar
I'm 6'4" and I'm really curious how much of an advantage the 8-way power seat with power lumbar is on the Limited vs the 6-way power seat on the Sport. Anyone have any experience?
I'd really like to get some opinions of those who own the '06 models and find out how signifiant these differences are, or if there are any I'm missing. Thanks!
