check your tensioner pulley, just did water pump at 105,000 on same engine, now need to go back in and replace tensioner, seems like the same noises. can you remove the front right tire and access panel, record or listen near the tensioner? Belt removal/install is difficult, I used a 2x4 cut into a wood door chock and released tension, wedge the widest part between the front right motor mount bottom and it's lower mount attached to frame, was able then to remove/install belt with just 1 person, you can even test the pulley without removing the belt, just slowly rotate pulley and check for any small left/right movement as you spin.
