So I got 189k so far the only issue I have had is the bearing in the alternator started to cease I caught it before it let me sit. So at 100k I changed (Meaning My Dad he is awesome) changed plugs and wires replaced tranny fluid by draining and filling method (again my dad). so I might have 300 bucks in the car but it is paid for so I want to drive it as long as I can meaning 400k+
All of that to ask what other things should I (lol again Dad) be checking for?
On a recent long road trip we smelled the catalytic converter or we think it was that On hills (mountains) mainly. When do I change struts/ shocks also?
