2013 Rav 4 Suspension Upgrades

Love my car, but with the recent additions of a heavy roof top tent, a heavy bike rack, and loading the car up with gear and friends I'm finding I've started to bottom out on bumpy off-road terrain.

I've been looking at options for improving my clearance under these heavy loads - my local off-road shop is suggesting a heavy duty coil upgrade in the rear would be the best option in this case, but can't seem to identify which coils are compatible with this model year.

Does anyone have experience with this issue? Would love to hear some guidance from the community on this - open to suggestions around coil upgrades as well, if anyone has had success with Air or lifts.

Thanks!

There are lots of lift options that will help with clearance but not necessarily load carrying capacity.

Northwoods Performance makes a lift lit that combines spacers in the front and coils in the rear.

I ran their parts for a while on my 2014 and they are good quality.

Thanks for this! I'll be looking into lifts as well, but I think I really need to stiffen the suspension a bit before getting the lift done.
Update:

The fantastic North Shore Offroad guys in Vancouver BC did some research and found the Northwoods Performance Spring Kit which should work on my Gen 4. Will be installing these and report back the findings in case anyone else is interested.
