Someone backed their car out in the parking lot and hit my 2014 RAV4. Fortunately it seems to be just a few scratches on the right side of the black, textured plastic rear bumper cover, so nothing too serious (I don't think -- see photo).

I am looking to get those scratches fixed up -- does anyone have an idea on how much it would cost? What would it involve? I've seen a lot of DIY fixes with various sprays and such, but I want it done right. I've seen replacement bumpers for about $100 so I don't anticipate this to be more than $200-250 with parts and labor. Am I somewhere in the ballpark with that estimate?

Cheap replacement bumper covers don't fit right 80% of the time. A good bumper will be $200-250 and a good professional repaint that they use high quality paint, a quality prep job and add flex additive will cost $450 to $600. Most if not all good painters will pull the bumper shell to paint it. $$$
