2014 Rav4 Limited HIDs

I installed HIDs on my 2014 Rav4 the second week I bought the car back in 2014. HIDs had been working perfectly fine. One day, my right brake light went out, so I was changing that brake light. After I put a LED light bulb in, it worked . Seconds later, I was trying test the light bulb again, I could not press the brake down to start my car because the brake pedal was very resistant. Even though I pressed it down really hard, the brake light still did not come on. So I towed my car into Lee's Toyota in Queens New York for a diagnosis. They said it was because of my HIDs that had caused the brake fuse to blow. So they changed the brake fuse for me. After they had changed the brake fuse for me, my fog lights didnt work, my LDA didnt work, my Blind Spot Monitoring System did not work. They claimed that it was probably because of my HIDs that caused this issue. I didnt think it was so I brought it (my car could start after they changed the brake fuse) to Bay Ridge Toyota in Brooklyn New York. They fixed the LDA and BSMS, now my fogs dont work because my bulbs are burnt. Here comes another big concern. All my lights in the back don't light up at night except when I brake, reverse, and signal. What could be the issue here?

(sorry for this essay, I appreciate your help )

I can't offer a diagnosis, only a suggestion.
Remove the HID wiring (ballasts, igniters, bulbs) put the stock halogen bulbs back in, and try again. That will tell you a lot.
I tried putting the halogen lights back in and obviously I took the HIDs off. The lowbeam and highbeam works fine but all the other lights including the fog lights, turn signals, and the side marker lights are all not lighting up. When I put the turn signals on, the clicking noise is still there, but its just not lighting up.

Have you checked all the fuses to the lights that are out?

Not yet, but if all these fuses blew, could it be the HIDs that caused it?

They could if you wired the HID's incorrectly. Can you briefly describe how you had the HID's wired.

I don't know how it was wired because I didn't install it. I wish I could have brought it to a professional because the person who wired the HIDs for me was a student at Lincoln Tech Institute (an automotive school).
