I would appreciate your guidance on the following codes.

2015 Rav4 Limited AWD, 2.5L 4 Cylinder, 6 Speed Auto
94k miles.

Codes:
P2714, P0776, P2808, P2714, P0746

I'm experiencing some issues with my 2015 Rav4 that started two days ago. Specifically, it won't shift past second gear, maintains a speed of about 25-30MPH, and the revs go high without shifting.

There were no issues prior to this, owned it for 2 years and about 20k miles, and it had been great so far.

If anyone has encountered a similar problem or has any advice, I would greatly appreciate your help.

I took it to a Toyota dealership. Their response was "You need a new transmission" I asked why? they said, "it won't shift past second gear, we recommend a new transmission and it will be around $9k". They are a joke.

Perhaps you should get an evaluation from a transmission shop such as AAMCO. Likely they will want to replace your transmission with a rebuilt one. Also, likely, that it will cost less than a Toyota dealer.
