Just started to notice an oil leak happening only about a week or so ago. Our vehicle only has about 82000 miles, so it's not anything out of the ordinary for our year vehicle.
If you see the attached pictures, you can see oil leaking out where the engine mates with the transfer case.
Just changed the oil this prior week after I noticed the leak. Tried using a leak stopper, but it doesn't work and still noticing a leak. Also checked the oil dipstick, the level isn't dropping it seems. The fluid leaking is oil colored and doesn't seem like transmission fluid.
Then again I could be wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated on what this could be and what it would take to rectify the issue.

I cleaned the area up thoroughly to isolate where it's coming from and it looks like it near that bolt. I tried tightening the bolt down further and it didn't even budge. Assuming that it's not leaking due to not enough torque on the bolt.

Is it a gasket that could be bad?
