2018 RAV4 fog lights not working

My fog lights are not working I've had ijdm led lights on since I bought it and everything was working fine until about a week they stopped working since these were some old LED bulbs i took from another car I thought they have burned out so I ordered new ones. They came in and swapped the old one with the new ones and still not working so I went and placed the oem to see if that was the problem. And nothing , so now I'm checking for the fuse and I can only see one fuse and the relay under the hood. But the fuse box under the steering wheel does not bring a fog light fuse and im thinking it's supposed to ?? Any help will be appreciated it!..

Have you swapped the relay to see if it's good? Also does the fog light indicator light up on the instrument cluster? Also if there isn't a fuse listed on the interior fuse box then one is not needed.
The fuse for the foglights is in the underhood fuse box. I have LEDs in the fogs as well and they stopped working along with the indicator on the instrument panel. I pulled the fuse and put it back with the car off and they work again for some reason. Not sure what happened but if it keeps happening I will have to chase it down.
I haven't swapped the relay and I did remove the fuse to check if it's blowned out but seems perfect and I do have the light indicator on like if it was working.
Ok so I came to the dealer and I guess i was wrong it was the fuse
They told me it uses 7.5 fuse. And that my led blew it. Now is it safe to place a higher amp instead of the 7.5 ? Or is that not possible?
Don’t use a higher amp fuse than the circuit is rated for. Change out your bulbs for ones which can work on this circuit. Using a higher fuse is a leading cause of fires, when the wiring and other parts of the circuit are not able to handle the increased amps.

What build? North American or Japan? I have a North American and cannot find this fuse, where is it located?
