Yeah, yeah, I know this is a RAV4 forum, but considering the C-HR is the little brother of the RAV4, I was wondering what you all thought about it.

IMHO, I don't understand what purpose it serves - or any urban crossover like the Juke or HR-V. They don't have a lot of power, fuel economy is a hair better than a more capable small SUV, and handling is about the same. I think Toyota could've really distinguished the C-HR from everyone else with making it a hybrid only. This would've made more sense considering the C-HR is targeting toward urban driving, so it'd seem natural to give it great city fuel economy and great low-end torque.

If people buy them, they will build them. Toyota is late to this particular market segment. The hybrid model is essentially a Prius-c in a new wrapper, only with less MPG.
