Can someone tell me what the lights on the Ecco panel for the AC means when it is on ?
I found out that when the led green light are on, the item it contols is off.
That is kind of opposite of what the green light means, as we are use to a green light meaning go or run.

Can someone fill me on on the panel.
Let me know what the lights on mean that the item is off or turned on?
Also what is the Ecco Heat/Cool button on the panel?

The one with the car symbol when green circulates air within the car and keeps the air from outside out, leave on for cooling and off for warming as it brings in heat from the engine. The eco mode reduces fan speed and other settings to reduce strain on engine. The other green button is for the rear vents seems to work best when off for cooling.

When I press the Ecco and the light turns green, is it on or off?
I had dealers tell me opposite things and especially since the light on for the rear seat AC vents means it is off.,

If you are referring to this button as the one to turn off the rear seat A/C, you are incorrect.

This button when lit is for the rear window defroster. You know, the lines on the hatch glass.

Font Display device Gas Auto part Electric blue

So yes, when the yellow light is on, the rear defroster is on.

Same is true for the green light next to it (ECO Heat/Cool). When lit, it helps reduce strain on the engine. I keep this one on all the time. I don't know if it helps but why not.

If it's green, its on. Anything lit in that dash indicates that that part of it is on. So if its green, its on

All the buttons and functions are described in the owners manual, just FYI

Green dot on SYNC means the driver control controls the cabin temp. If green dot is off, passenger can control their own temperature (higher or lower than the driver side).
Green dot on A/C means Air Conditioning has been turned on.
The yellow light as has been described is for the rear window defrost
Eco heat/cool as described cycles are the air conditioning compressor lesser and I believe fan speeds are reduced. I suppose it saves gas but it saves hybrid battery use as well.
The far green light disables air flor to passenger and rear vents. I forget about the far right, I know for fact it disables the rear air ducts but it may also disable the passenger vents. I guess this could sound counter-intuitive. If you press the button and the light comes on, that means you are turning off air flow. haha Considering though the button is to designed to disable airflow, it makes sense that ON/Lit up would be the operator asking for the vents to be shut off.

Any light when lit means that feature is on/active. If you see the green sync dot that means the HVAC system is being synchronized. If you see the yellow light on that means your rear defroster is on.

If you turn the temp dial on the passenger side clockwise the temp will change from 78 to something warmer and the sync light will shut off.
