I just purchased new rav4 and am very pleased with it. I am puzzled however why the radio has an app button and there are no apps. The only possible reason that I can come up with is that the app button was used on previous model years that utilized entune 3.0. Since entune was dropped from the 2020 line, I suspect that Toyota, in order to save money just left the button on. Any suggestions?

If Entune 3.0 app is on your phone, the Entune App Suite will come up on the head unit when you hit the app button if the phone is paired or connected by USB. Entune 3.0 app is a pain in the butt tho if you want to use bluetooth music from an iphone, it prompts to allow access every time an stops the music until you allow it, so most everyone has deleted the app.

I think I have three apps at that location but I cannot remember for certain at the moment. One is entune, I think Alexa-Toyota is a second and I cannot remember the third.
